In This Role, You Will:

  • Drive growth by building a revenue pipeline for setting introductory meetings with influencers and key decision-makers in the healthcare sector;
  • Research and develop new and existing accounts through diligent outbound calling, strategic email, and other campaigns to engage and expand our business;
  • Collaborate and Communicate: Apply effective communication skills, working closely with customers, sales, and cross-functional teams;
  • Create and advance sales strategies in a fast-paced environment, taking initiative, experimenting with new strategies, and amplifying your successes by sharing insights with your team;
  • Attend market events to represent Radicle Health. 

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a sales development or similar role in a SaaS company;
  • 1-2 years experience outbound prospecting;
  • 1-2 years experience cold calling, writing prospecting emails, and using other forms of prospect engagement;
  • Previous experience with sales tools such as: Hubspot, Salesforce, Gong, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or others.

  • Time Management and Organization: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Adaptability and Resilience: Comfortable working in rapidly changing environments, adapting strategies as needed, and demonstrating resilience in the face of challenges.
  • Teamwork and Collaboration: Strong team player with a collaborative mindset, eager to contribute to team success and open to continuous learning and improvement.
  • Sales Acumen: Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices, with a passion for technology and healthcare innovation.
