Job Description
The Solution Architect will join the Stabilify Development Team. As our Solution Architect specializing in Microsoft Power Platform development, you will play a pivotal role in improving and shaping the future of our technology platform. This role is key in solidifying, building, and maintaining the foundation for how our applications will function, scale, and perform. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing scalable solutions utilizing Microsoft Power Platform technologies to meet our clients' & business needs. Your role will involve collaborating closely with stakeholders, analyzing requirements, and translating them into effective technical solutions, while working closely with product, development, and other teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and technical feasibility.

You will be managing the next generation of products for Stabilify by maintaining quality, reducing technical debt, managing and motivating development teams, and collaborating closely with Product and Customer Success leadership. Our ideal candidate is technically sharp, an eager learner, a conscientious worker, a thoughtful, kind, and supportive human, has experience managing and leading a team of developers and modernizing technology and products. Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and objectives.
  • Design end-to-end solutions leveraging Microsoft Power Platform components such as Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse/Dynamics 365.
  • Develop architectural designs, technical specifications, and implementation plans for Power Platform projects.
  • Lead and guide development teams in the implementation of Power Platform solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices and architectural guidelines.
  • Conduct solution demonstrations and presentations to clients, showcasing the capabilities of the Power Platform.
  • Provide expertise and guidance on integrating Power Platform solutions with existing
    systems and applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, business analysts, and project managers to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
  • Stay updated on the latest advancements and features of the Microsoft Power Platform and recommend innovative solutions to enhance business processes.
  • Perform technical reviews, code audits, and quality assurance checks to ensure the robustness and performance of Power Platform solutions.
  • Mentor junior team members, providing technical guidance and knowledge sharing to foster skill development within the team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
  • Extensive experience in solution architecture, design, and development using Microsoft Power Platform technologies.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex Power Platform projects from concept to implementation.
  • In-depth knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse/Dynamics 365.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Azure services and cloud architecture.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies, including Azure DevOps, is preferred.
  • Experience in the Child Welfare vertical preferred
  • Experience with API development and integration.
