KAYAK is seeking a driven and strategic Commercial Partnerships Associate Manager to play a pivotal role in managing and growing our key partnerships within the Flight vertical! This role is well-suited for someone with a deep curiosity about the air travel industry and its interconnected role in the broader travel ecosystem. Strong analytical expertise and polished interpersonal skills are essential, as this position involves high levels of external engagement and cross-functional collaboration.

In this role, you will:

  • Cultivate, mediate, and maintain high-value partnerships with travel agency distribution partners, driving growth and long-term collaboration within the vertical.
  • Lead performance analysis and proactively identify and resolve challenges, ensuring optimized outcomes for partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Build and nurture positive relationships across the organization, partnering closely with commercial, engineering, finance, and product teams to align goals and deliver results.
  • Strategically identify and capitalize on opportunities to improve existing partnerships, focusing on revenue growth and delivering outstanding user experiences.
  • Act as a trusted advisor on strategic accounts, managing reporting, tracking, billing, operations, and optimization with precision and insight.
  • Continuously monitor the competitive landscape of travel search platforms, crafting and executing innovative strategies to address gaps and strengthen the company’s market position.

Please apply if you have:

  • 3+ years of meaningful experience, travel industry experience is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • High proficiency in Excel and Google Suite.
  • High attention to detail.
  • A self-starter with the ability to work both independently and in teams.
  • Ability to manage projects of varying size and scope simultaneously, while prioritizing appropriately.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and presentation experience.
  • Fluency in English written and spoken.
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with internal technical teams and interact with senior members of KAYAK leadership across globally located offices.
  • BA/BS degree.
  • Travel required.
