The Opportunity:
Reporting to our Chief Communications Officer, the Senior Manager of Internal Communications will help shape and evolve our internal comms function. This individual will join a global tech company and consistently communicate business priorities, reinforce our company values, and empower and excite employees worldwide.
Location: Boston, Massachusetts (near either our Concord or Cambridge office), 2x/week in the office
In this role, you will:

Create and drive internal comms programs to motivate, engage, and empower employees

Work in partnership with our People & Culture team to roll out employee programs globally

Support leaders to help them communicate priorities

Build communication assets; e.g. all-hands decks, announcements, newsletter content, video scripts - ensuring that they reflect our global messaging

Keep a finger on the pulse of employee sentiment worldwide and offer strategies and ideas to ensure KAYAK & OpenTable maintain its reputation as a great place to work

Bring outstanding tools and creative ideas to the table to shape our internal narrative

Be responsible for content on our company intranet

Take a hands-on approach to IC operations including company-wide meetings, office info screens and IT coordination
Please apply if you have:

5+ years of internal comms experience in-house; agency experience is a plus

Experience coaching leaders on internal comms

Comfort working in a data-driven environment; strong project management skills

A self-starter personality who can move quickly and manage competing priorities

A strong writer with the ability to create high quality engaging and strategic content

Flexibility. This is a global role so cross-time zone coordination/communication is expected
- Passion for using AI to improve productivity and effectiveness
