In this role, you will:

  • Represent Revato and KAYAK in the local market, build our company profile with key local influencers (e.g. tourism bureau, hotel association, etc.) and provide expertise to the local industry.
  • Develop and sustain strong partner relationships by providing relevant data insights and high-quality consulting services to hotel partners (revenue management advice and marketing opportunities).
  • Continuously promote and develop hotel partners’ high engagement by providing outstanding market insights (partner reports, competitive data and key performance drivers), revenue management tools (promotions, packages and fenced deals) and marketing, merchandising opportunities and self-service tools (extranet).
  • Build the portfolio of local hotel partners by introducing prospective partners to Revato’s marketplace and facilitating the onboarding process.
  • Ensure that partner hotels’ products; content, rates and availability are consistently optimised on the Revato extranet to improve customer conversion.
  • Secure seasonal deals and promotions within the guidelines set by management to support the brand’s merchandising and marketing efforts.
  • Work independently, as well as takes direction when required and is a strong teammate at all times, ensuring the whole team ‘Wins As One’.

Please apply if:

  • 2+ years related account management experience in SEA markets.
  • Positive relationship management experience: earns the confidence of others, builds and sustains proven partnerships based on mutual support through a collaborative style and high levels of emotional intelligence in understanding the partner's needs.
  • Ability to multi-task optimally and flexible in responses to a fast-changing business and distributed team environment.
  • Demonstrates ability to prioritise work and is passionate about achieving targets and OKRs.
  • Proficient with Salesforce.
  • And uses data-driven decision making, effective problem-solving skills combined with follow-up and persistence when facing challenging situations
  • Strong organisation and time management skills with high attention to detail.
