KAYAK is looking for an energetic, multi-language customer-oriented individual to join our consumer team. The successful candidate will provide consistent, high quality customer service to inquiries for KAYAK’s industry-leading travel website in multiple languages.

This is a full-time position, located in our Berlin Technology Centre.



  • Respond and route consumer inquiries submitted via online feedback system. Respond via email, via social media channels, via chat and via phone. Utilize team standards and best practices to formulate appropriate responses.

  • Coordinating and upkeep of responses for multiple language inquiries across our brands

  • Identify usability experiences and collaborate with internal product team members for potential product issues and usability enhancements

  • Manage service relationships: handle issues involving third party bookings via partner operation process flow; monitor and track resolution

  • Remain informed of product offerings and evolution

  • Collaborate with internal team members to implement new or improved strategies and approaches



  • Native speaker of French (required)  

  • In addition: Native or fluent in one or more languages: Italian or Swedish or Turkish or Polish (required)

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills in English

  • Affinity with languages

  • Basic knowledge in English or German is a plus

  • Minimum 2+ years customer services related experience

  • Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills

  • Demonstrated self-motivator and self-learner driven to expand knowledge and improve processes

  • Attention to detail, ability to multitask

  • Team player, collaborative and an advocate for our customers

  • Travel industry experience is a plus
