K Media is the ambitious initiative that thinks big and re-imagines KAYAK’s advertising business. We want to build an in-house media agency, using our breadth of Ad Sales relationships to offer KAYAK’s marketing, creative and media buying capabilities as a service to our providers.
Currently, led by our Head of Growth, K Media, we have built a strong K Media sales pipeline across our four regions, achieving a number of highly promising wins and milestones. We are looking to hire an Associate Manager to support the Head of Growth, K Media to help work on and coordinate the sales, commercial and marketing efforts to drive revenue growth and high provider satisfaction.
Key requirements are:
5 years+ of marketing or PR related experience
An understanding of performance, content and brand marketing as well as PR, including KAYAK’s global capabilities and personnel
Experience with scaling across marketing channels, particularly social media and influencer marketing
Proven ability to come up with creative marketing solutions for clients/brands
Excellent project management and organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
A self-starter with high levels of organisation and a team first mentality
The creativity and hustle, as well as a solid understanding of Ad Sales, to pitch to providers alongside our salespeople
Excellent work ethic. This will be a global role that will work across time zones
The credibility and people skills to rally and coordinate across each region’s Ad Sales, brand marketing and creative teams
Agency and travel industry background is a plus
The person will report to the Head of Growth, K Media and have a global remit. The role will be based in London.
