The Position

The Workday Integration Lead will be responsible for leading the system’s team to provide HRIS system administration, primarily leading Workday integrations but also including business process configuration, report development, security configuration, and extensive testing of data conversion, reports, integrations, and system functionality. In this position you will work closely with HR Business Partners, HR Operations, payroll and IT to implement different modules in Workday.



  • Day to day leadership of the System team, ensuring business priorities and SLA’s are being met to support the Workday application
  • Be the strategic lead on developing and implementing the support and change management procedures for Workday, along with other applications migrated into the Enterprise group
  • Partner with HR and understand priorities for fixes and future small improvements
  • Build and maintain a strategic support plan for all integrations in and out of Workday
  • Evaluate the weekly and bi-annual Workday releases for changes in functionality, develop regression test plans and tools, and run the testing required for each release
  • Maintain the overall release plan and release coordination across Workday Solution and associated applications
  • Support business process administrators in special project/annual activities (i.e. Annual Performance Management process, Annual Benefits Enrollment process etc)
  • Provide support for reporting needs for Workday, build custom reports when required



  • Experience 4+ years of Workday technical integrations experience required
  • 2 Years of Team Management Experience
  • Proficient in Workday Report Writer, Calculated Fields and Dashboards
  • Broad experience with HR technologies, systems, and reporting
  • Extraordinary interpersonal skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Problem-solving, analytical skills and the ability to balance multiple tasks at a time
  • Demonstrated ability to plan, meet deadlines, and handle contending priorities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic work environment
  • Detailed orientated, focus on data accuracy and system integrity
