Key Responsibilities

E-Commerce Management & Operations

  • Own and optimize the e-commerce site, ensuring a seamless, on-brand experience from homepage to checkout.
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase conversion rates and grow revenue.
  • Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle online, including but not limited to product launches, promotions, seasonal campaigns, and subscriptions. 
  • Oversee website analytics to track performance, identify trends, and inform data-driven decisions.
  • Partner with the creative and marketing teams to execute visually compelling and engaging site updates, inclusive of landing page tests.
  • Collaborate with and help manage the e-commerce agency, ensuring alignment on brand goals, timely execution of deliverables, and ongoing optimization of campaigns and site performance.
  • Monitor and support Kate McLeod’s retail presence on third-party platforms (such as Sephora or wholesale partner sites), flagging opportunities, coordinating updates, and ensuring consistent brand representation.
  • Work closely with the Social Media Manager to maintain and optimize Kate McLeod’s social commerce presence on platforms like Meta Shop and TikTok Shop, ensuring a seamless shopping experience and alignment with broader e-commerce goals.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Enhance our CRM strategy to build deeper connections with our customers and drive repeat purchases.
  • Analyze customer data and purchase behavior to create targeted, personalized email and SMS marketing campaigns.
  • Deploy email and SMS campaigns, execute automated customer flows (ex: Welcome Flow, Abandoned Cart Flow), and continually optimize them for improved performance and customer engagement.
  • Develop strategies to reward customer loyalty and turn first-time buyers into lifelong fans.

Collaboration & Leadership

  • Work closely with the marketing team to align e-commerce initiatives with broader brand goals and storytelling.
  • Coordinate with the operations team to ensure accurate inventory management and timely fulfillment.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve the customer experience.

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing e-commerce platforms (experience with Shopify Plus is a must).
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce analytics tools (Google Analytics, Klaviyo, etc.) and conversion optimization strategies.
  • Experience in customer relationship management, including email and SMS marketing.
  • A passion for creating meaningful connections with customers and elevating their online shopping journey.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented self-starter who thrives in a collaborative environment.

Pay:

  • $85,000-$100,000 per year based on experience
