As an Enterprise Sales Engineer, you will build relationships with top companies as a Katana evangelist. You’re an energetic and organized self-starter and a crucial driver of revenue growth for the company. You will take ownership of the relationship proactively managing the technical relationship online, onsite and over the phone.

 

As a Sales Engineer you will be:

  • Learning and evangelizing our graph intelligence platform and mastering the various product demonstrations.
  • Defining and developing the focused product demonstrations that illustrate our competitive differentiators and how we address the critical business issues.
  • Leading the functional and technical discovery sessions with our customers.
  • Leading the white-boarding sessions and facilitating the knowledge transfer to the Katana partner ecosystem.
  • Performing Katana installations, act as the consultant and expert on architecture, deployment, and design discussions.  
  • Writing technical blogs, troubleshooting articles and supporting local marketing events, and webinars.

Required qualifications:

  • 5+ years of prior PreSales experience.
  • Knowledgeable in C++/Python, Cypher/SQL and ETL tools. 
  • Experience with Linux, shell, and Cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP)
  • Experience with containers and resource managers (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, YARN)
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 25% (Post-Covid)
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering required.

  • Prior Graph Experience (Neo4j, DataStax Graph, Amazon Neptune, TigerGraph , AnzoGraph , ArangoDB , JanusGraph, OrientDb, StarDog )
  • Data Science, Graph algorithms, Graph ML, Graph Neural Networks (GNN), ML/AI Ops
  • Cypher, Gremlin, Relational, NoSQL database experience, Big Data, Business Intelligence, and Analytics.
