The Role

We’re looking for a talented and experienced Sr. Search Engine Marketing & Optimization Analyst to join the Marketing & Distribution Team at Kasa and help us drive online visibility and conversions through effective PPC and SEO strategies. The ideal candidate is passionate about optimizing online presence to increase visibility, bookings, and customer engagement and has an understanding of the travel or hotel industry. 

As the leader for Kasa’s Search Engine Marketing and Optimization, you’ll play a vital role in driving traffic and generating revenue for Kasa and our property partners on our portfolio of more than 80 hotels and apart-hotel style properties. You’ll work cross-functionally with Distribution and Marketing, Revenue Management, Sales as well as the Portfolio Operations Teams to set our portfolio of properties up for success. This role is fully remote.

Key Responsibilities

  • SEO & SEM Strategy: Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive SEO and SEM strategies to drive organic and paid traffic to our website and digital platforms.
  • PPC Strategy: Create and manage comprehensive pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Bing Ads to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
  • Bid Management: Monitor and adjust bids to optimize campaign performance and maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Keyword Research: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-value terms for both PPC and SEO efforts, ensuring optimal ad targeting and content alignment.
  • Ad Copy Creation: Develop compelling ad copy and creative assets that resonate with target audiences and encourage high click-through rates.
  • Landing Page Optimization: Optimize website content, landing pages, and metadata to improve search engine rankings. Collaborate with the design and content teams to create and optimize landing pages for PPC campaigns to improve conversion rates.
  • A/B Testing: Implement A/B testing for ad copy, landing pages, and targeting strategies to continuously improve campaign performance.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Google Ads; provide regular reports with actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • SEO Support: Assist in SEO efforts by ensuring PPC campaigns align with organic search strategies and sharing insights on keyword performance.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies to refine PPC tactics and enhance overall marketing effectiveness.

 

Experience

  • Proven experience in PPC management and SEO (4+ years preferred).
  • Strong understanding of PPC platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads) and SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz).
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and spoken English language is required for this position.
