We are looking for a dynamic and experienced People Partner to join our People team. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor, strategic partner, and advocate for employees and management at our offices in Stockholm and Uppsala. This role requires a blend of strong People expertise, business acumen, and exceptional interpersonal skills. 

 Key Responsibilities: 

  • Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, understanding their goals and aligning People strategies to support them. 
  • Provide expert guidance on a range of HR functions, including talent management, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development. 
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and promote a positive workplace culture. 
  • Lead and manage People projects that support the company’s strategic objectives. 
  • Coach and develop managers on effective leadership practices. 
  • Collaborate with local and global people team members to implement and improve people processes and programs. 

 Qualifications 

  • Experience in an HR generalist or HRBP role. 
  • Strong knowledge of People principles, practices, and Swedish employment laws. 
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence at all levels of the organization. 
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills. 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
