The Sales Manager will communicate with potential clients to develop interest in Kaleris products and services. qualify, develop new business and maintain key relationships with significant accounts. The Sales Manager should have a proven track record quickly earning the trust of customers and key stakeholders, mobilizing and motivating teams, setting direction and approach, resolving conflict, delivering tough messages with grace, executing with limited information and ambiguity, and influencing all parties to achieve desired response in the supply chain.  

We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our Southeast Asia team. This position will oversee Partner management, existing accounts and developing new opportunities on Kaleris’s Yard Management System (YMS) and Terminal operating systems (TOS) in Containers and General Cargo. The company is growing exponentially and is serving industry leading Fortune 500 customers.  

Responsibilities  

  • Align with internal teams (Inside Sales, Marketing, Product) to deliver the numbers. Create go-to-market plan for their respective territory and be the CEO of their own territory.  
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process and provide clear visibility on the pipeline to the leadership team  
  • Analyze and identify how we can eliminate our clients- engagement and retention challenges. Be a trusted advisor to the key accounts on all thing’s user engagement & retention.  
  • Build and maintain C-Level relationships in the named Enterprise Accounts  
  • Nurture the prospective clients on industry trends and innovative solutions for the key challenges across the ecosystem  
  • Evaluate key trends in the supply chain & logistics industry and identify emerging trends to shape the future of product.  
  • Partner management, supporting lead generation  
  • Partner with Marketing colleagues on driving cross-functional, cross-channel marketing efforts to meet the growth objectives  
  • Pro-actively track competitor movements in the market. 

Requirements  

  • 10+ years enterprise business development/sales experience (within marine terminal, shipping, supply chain, logistics industry, 3PL and/or direct experience scaling high growth B2B tech company)  
  • Knowledge of yard management operations with shippers and/or general cargo is a plus.  
  • Proven SaaS sales closing experience, including Enterprise Sales, and consistent over-achievement of quotas. MarTech experience is a plus  
  • Track record of growing successful B2B inside sales teams  
  • Outstanding verbal and presentation skills  
  • Track record of closing deals and scaling high performing inside sales teams  
  • Intelligent, honest and strategic (critical attributes needed for educating the marketplace about Kalaris's revolutionizing technologies)  
  • Self-starter and ability to operate independently.  
  • All around hunter with the skills to source, close deals and scale an effective GTM strategy in a relationship-based industry   

Preferred Qualifications  

  • Proficiency in supply chain, trucking/warehousing and/or container logistics industry. Prior experience building GTM/Sales strategies for pen/paper Industries undergoing digital transformatio
