.About the Role
Kaleris is seeking a Director of Professional Services who will play a crucial role in growing our services business. This role will have sales, delivery and people responsibility. The successful candidate will be an energetic, hands-on leader with proven experience in building and leading high performing consulting services teams in the rollout of complex software implementations. As a leader within the Professional Services team, you will play an active role in the development, sales and rollout of new services. Responsibilities
- Managing a team of Professional Services staff members.
- Hiring, retaining and motivating the best and brightest employees continuously improving a high performing consulting team.
- Selling and delivering high quality services deals that will lead to customer satisfaction / success.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with senior operations and IT personnel of customers and partners in the shipping supply chain industry.
- Managing a portfolio of software implementation and upgrade projects on schedule, within budget and with high customer satisfaction.
- Refining and developing methodologies, tools and programs around implementations, upgrades and other services.
- Assisting in managing the Professional Services KPI’s including Services Revenue, Services Sales, Staff Utilization and Contribution Margin.
- Assisting in developing and implementing strategies and actions that lead to growth of the Professional Services team.
- Refining, developing and monitoring metrics to assess the performance of the Professional Services project teams as well as individuals.
- Maintaining a Professional Services automation tool to efficiently manage the business.
- Creating high quality Project quotations and supporting the License Sales team in the sales process
- Collaborating with our Engineering and Product Management on Professional Services involvement in testing and early adopter programs.
- Collaborating with the People & Culture Team to understand and comply with employment standards and cultural norms in various countries.

Education : Master's degree in engineering, Business, Computer Science or a related
Requirements
- Proven ability to build and lead high performing teams;
- Proven ability to manage Professional Services organizations in the enterprise software industry;
- 5+ years in successfully managing highly complex custom software development projects;
- Knowledge of port and / or container terminal information technology;
