Customer Experience Operations Data Analyst

The Customer Experience Operations Data Analyst is responsible for ensuring a data-driven approach is applied to all Customer Experience related programs to maximize their impact of increasing satisfaction while meeting all other business KPIs. This individual will dive deep in past and present data analysis to identify trends that will inform the planning, prioritization, and execution efforts of current and future Customer Experience initiatives. Where there is not a mature data collection and/or analysis process in place, they’ll play a key role in developing one. The role will report to our Director of Business Insights.

The Impact you will make

  • Drive decision making for the business by analyzing data, identifying trends, and developing best practices related to Customer Experience KPIs.
  • Perform detailed business analysis to formulate business requirements and identify, investigate and recommend innovative technology capabilities supporting Kajabi's business objectives.
  • Partner with cross-functional team members (including Marketing, Product, Finance and others) to create new, and mature existing, data collection and analysis processes.
  • Build robust dashboards to communicate business performance in an easily consumable way.
  • Regularly audit and provide input to CX leadership on overall program efficiency and effectiveness along with areas of improvement to drive both immediate and long-term planning.
  • Support ad-hoc data requests in support of Customer Experience initiatives.
  • Proactively identify and communicate business trends to Customer Experience management. 
  • Conduct research and analysis to develop solutions to business problems.

Attributes for Success

  • 1+ years SQL experience
  • 1+ years experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
  • 1+ years with Python or R 
  • Excellent time management and communication skills
  • Strong background in Customer Experience program analysis
  • Analyzing data and presenting findings to technical and non-technical audiences
  • The ability to think independently and work with minimal supervision

One-On-One Process

The Customer Experience Operations Data Analyst will meet weekly with the Director of Business Insights to catch up and discuss their role. The goal of these meetings is to identify areas where the company and individuals can improve, what areas they’re needing more guidance on, and where the Kajabi leadership team can lend time or resources to help meet goals. It’s also a time to discuss specific expectations and discuss any areas of concern you may have about your job or your team.
