Let's start with the role
It is all about communication! As a Customer Service Agent, you will play a crucial role in customers' journey, interacting on a daily basis to guide customers through our processes and products using multiple written communication channels. You are going to be the “face” of Kaizen Gaming through every customer’s eyes by handling every single communication according to our values.

Requirements
- Experience in online customer support;
- Good computer literacy;
- Availability to work in shifts;
- Excellent knowledge of the Greek language & advanced typing skills;
- Advanced knowledge of the English language.
Nice to have:
- Product knowledge will be appreciated;
- Interest in sports and games may prove useful.
