Responsibility has been in our DNA right from the start of our operations, back in 2012. The team

Learning & Development is a newly formed sub-team, part of the wider HR department. The team is responsible to work closely with stakeholders of the organization and create and deliver learning and development journeys according to need.

Responsibilities

  • Understand and evaluate individual training needs per role and help in the design of development plans;
  • Search for the most updated learning methods, tools and programs that would best fit our needs;
  • Responsible for the administration cycle of training (e.g. vendor and contract management, training- planning, delivery, evaluation, reporting and budget monitoring);
  • Responsible for the e-learning plan deployment (design, update e-learning paths, monitor participation and boost engagement);
  • Design and deploy talent development programs;
  • Design and deliver training programs according to need;

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an L&D Specialist or similar;
  • Experience in designing e-learning paths; 
  • Budget handling and vendor management;
  • Proficient knowledge of Learning Management Systems and MS Office;
  • Experience in delivering training and acting as a facilitator would be a plus;
  • Excellent Organizational and planning skills;
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills;
  • Agile and solution-focused approach;
  • Passion about people development and growth.
