The CRM - Sales Representative is mainly focusing on expanding the conversion/ activation of our new clients and our portfolio in the online gaming industry.
- Achieve campaign’s targets, KPI's, as well as other projections;
- Build and manage all sales activities;
- Build and follow up campaigns (e.g. regarding new players retention and reactivation);
- Identify early alerts and manage risks for the customers in a proactive approach;
- Capture key customer’s feedback on needs, interest, problems and maintain positive relationships;
- To develop, grow and retain a portfolio of clients, ensuring a strong professional relationship with them;
- Build and manage all sales activities.
- Fluency in Portuguese (native level) and English language (verbal and written);
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience;
- Experience with managing customer relationships;
- Phone selling experience and business development skills;
- Customer-centric mentality;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills;
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office;
- Team player approach with strong interpersonal skills.
