The Role

 

The CRM - Sales Representative is mainly focusing on expanding the conversion/ activation of our new clients and our portfolio in the online gaming industry.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve campaign’s targets, KPI's, as well as other projections;
  • Build and manage all sales activities;
  • Build and follow up campaigns (e.g. regarding new players retention and reactivation);
  • Identify early alerts and manage risks for the customers in a proactive approach;
  • Capture key customer’s feedback on needs, interest, problems and maintain positive relationships;
  • To develop, grow and retain a portfolio of clients, ensuring a strong professional relationship with them;
  • Build and manage all sales activities.

 

Requirements

Must have:

  • Fluency in Bulgarian (native level) and English language (verbal and written);
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience;
  • Experience with managing customer relationships;
  • Phone selling experience and business development skills;
  • Customer-centric mentality;
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills;
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office;
  • Team player approach with strong interpersonal skills.

 

Nice to have:

  • Previous gaming industry experience will be highly regarded.
