The Role

At Kaizen Gaming, customer satisfaction is one of our main strategic pillars and the end goal of everything we do. The Customer Experience (CX) team, part of the Product division, is responsible for evaluating the customer perception of our products and for offering innovative recommendations to the product development teams on how to exceed the expectations of our users.

As a “Customer Experience Optimisation Executive”, you will continuously improve the products and customer journeys through lean product testing and by delivering Kaizen Gaming’s Customer Experience Optimisation strategy across all the brands and markets we are operating in.


Main responsibilities:

  • Build test hypothesis for multiple websites;
  • Manage the prioritization and delivery of testing roadmap;
  • Run A/B testings and MVT internally but also with an external partner;
  • Provide insightful analysis and reporting to key stakeholders;
  • Identify trends and problem areas;
  • Optimise customer journeys across all products;
  • Work continuously to improve the Customer Experience of our products.

Requirements

We are looking for a customer centric professional with a data driven approach to help us enhance the customer experience of our products. We expect you to have:

  • At least 3 years experience in a Conversion Rate Optimization, Digital Analytics or Product related role;
  • Ability to build basic a/b tests;
  • Experience in conducting multivariate testing (A/B testing, MVT etc.) and using testing tools such as Dynamic Yield;
  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics;
  • Excellent project management skills.
