Job Summary
Kairos Power is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Organizational Development Intern to join our Talent & Organizational Development team. In this role, you will support projects and initiatives that enhance the development, engagement, and growth of employees across the organization. This internship is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in organizational development while contributing to a company driving the clean energy transition.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives, including surveys, focus groups, and feedback sessions
- Support the creation of training materials, resources, and workshops to enhance employee skills and leadership capabilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to help design and implement programs aimed at fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning
- Conduct research on organizational development best practices and provide insights to improve internal processes
- Assist with the analysis of employee data to identify trends and opportunities for development
- Provide logistical and administrative support for organizational development events, such as leadership development sessions or team-building activities
- Help maintain accurate records and documentation related to organizational development projects
- Support internal communication efforts to promote development programs and initiatives
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Organizational Development, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interest in employee engagement, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with data visualization tools is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proven team player with excellent verbal and written communication/presentation
- Ability to work with highly collaborative team

The hourly pay for this position is $26 for employees working onsite at our Alameda, CA headquarters. The range provided in this job posting represents the typical range or starting rate of candidates hired in California.
