ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Due to the continued success of the Ukrainian business, we are growing the team and are currently recruiting for 2 Distribution Partner Managers;
- 1x based in Kyiv covering the West Ukraine region (Lviv, Zhytomyr, Cherkassy, Chernigov, Rovno)
- 1x based in Odessa covering the East Ukraine region (Dnepr, Kharkov, Zaporozhye, Poltava, Nikolayev)
Reporting to the Country Sales Manager, you will be responsible for sales volume and execution within an assigned region, by closely cooperating with a distributor and its sales force in order to achieve maximal possible results. This will include;
- Actively participate in building company long term sales strategy to ensure JUUL proposition is adult smokers’ first choice & strong relevance while eliminating cigarettes
- Develops sales strategy for each territory in order achieve maximal possible effective distribution and sales volume.
- Closely cooperates with distributor on every level starting from HQ, regional offices to SRs. Sets targets for distributor, trains Sales force, implements marketing activations plans POSM distribution etc.
- Responsible for sales to regional KA (2nd tier) clients. Like Rost Class, Tavriya etc.
- Develops distribution within second tier regions. Analyses potential for Sales volume in every region, city and
- Ensures proper execution in trade (Perfect store concept) at the assigned territory. Controls equipment distribution and stocks, negotiates locations to set up.
- Responsibility for customer and region P&L to the level of OI
- Deliver given monthly / yearly targets through managing sales dedicated customers
- Follow Commercial Policy and implement consistent Trade Terms condition system for regional key accounts
- Provides necessary reporting and conduct budgeting in line with company policy. Forecasting sales volume in line with company systems and routines.
- Cross functional cooperation with distributors field sales team, tmkt, mkt, supply chain and customer service - Build effective cooperation with internal clients to achieve high level of organisational effectiveness
SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven professional sales and key account management experience
- Experience in working with new products through distributors
- Established network with national and regional key accounts (retailers, tobacconists)
- Trade promotion and execution experience
- Make it happen personality who can get things done fast
- Strong quantitative and P&L approach
- Ability to influence those that don’t report to you
- Presentations and negotiation skills
- Good learning attitude and strong result and quality driven mindset.
- Fluent Ukrainian and English required
- Ability to travel ~60%
