ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- As a Product Specialist (PS), you will manage an area of point of sale activation and brand implementation.
- The team of PSs are responsible for developing and growing JUUL’s base of consumers, convert and inform.
- Performance in this role will be measured primarily by achievement of demand generation, product trial, sales and data collection.
- This role is ideal for someone with strong social skills, who is active in its community
- This role reports to the Head of Product Specialists, Italy
KEY ELEMENTS OF ROLE:
- Developing new business opportunities through regular store visits, product promotions, expand consumer awareness and area of influence.
- Activity planning, product knowledge and conversion generator.
- Establishing and maintaining working relationships with key decision makers.
- Conducting staff training and customer information
- Maintaining comprehensive and up-to-date conversion data and tracking results.
- Reporting on competitor information, new product developments, promotions and brand activities.
- Negotiate, agree and manage activities according to key strategies.
- Ensure initiatives are executed according to agreed plan.
- To deliver agreed activities and trial planned geography.
PERSONAL AND PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Skills
- Experience and ability to communicate with different consumer profile types.
- Persuasive and adaptable presenter - ability to positively influence different consumers and staff
- Analytical skills to understand data and take actions out of it
- Driving license is required for this role

Experience
- Experience working with consumers, promotions at events and in RRPP roles
Education
- BA/BS degree preferred but not required
- Good ability to communicate in English, is preferred but not required
