ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Seeking a top tier candidate for the role of Logistics Customer Service Manager  for a Silicon Valley company who are revolutionizing their consumer product industry with disruptive technology. This position is responsible for the order management, customer service and logistics, supporting the entire supply chain process and operations. You will work closely with Marketing, Finance, 3PL, customers, and EMEA peers as a team to help achieve overall company goals.

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Order management for customers and distributors. Processing orders and managing any delivery, returns, reconciliation, invoicing issues, ensuring on-time delivery. 
  • You will be a main point of contact for customers, distributors, and 3PLs, ensuring operations run smoothly and efficiently, and optimizing the product supply.
  • Coordinate the logistics and distribution of marketing materials, in close collaboration with Marketing and Sales.
  • Support planning, inventory management, and coordinate product operations, ensuring product availability, optimizing cost, and controlling stock positions. 
  • Coordinate the Warranty Returns process in collaboration with the EMEA Customer Service team
  • In charge of master data maintenance - materials, customers, prices - and elaborate reports to track major operations KPIs such as OTIF, WOS, Returns.
  • Onboarding of new retail accounts in collaboration with Sales and complete customer set up process ensuring JUUL Labs remains compliant with all legal and regulatory.
  • Input and update the full flow in information systems ensure proper management of accounts and communication with 3PLs, distributors, and point of sales
  • Create processes, tools and identify bottlenecks in the supply chain process and find ways to reduce them to make the operational machine go faster.
  • Create and maintain documentation and presentations on supply chain processes, and assist with on logistics set-up with customers, distributors and vendors.

Requirements:

  • Experience in the product distribution business, consumer goods, consumer electronics
  • Experience in product management, logistics, the supply chain, 3PL management
  • Experience in managing sales order management, product distribution, and customer support
  • Experience managing processes in an ERP, BI reporting, EDI tools and improving customer service, logistics, and supply chain performance
  • Preferred degree in management & business administration or industrial engineering would be desirable, with around 5 years of total experience
  • Strong problem-solving skills, and analytical capabilities, particularly in Excel, communication skills and knowledge of the interaction between sales, financial, operations, logistics, and marketing processes. 
  • Spanish bilingual and very high level of English both verbally and written. 
  • The ideal candidate will be a highly organized individual who is comfortable in our emerging category, rapidly changing environment and working with C-level managers.
