ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The National Key Account Manager will be responsible for strategy and sales in all national and regional key accounts. You will achieve sales and marketing objectives in terms of revenues and profitability through effective and continuous management of national account clients.
You will lead the country commercial approach to national accounts by defining and executing sales and marketing strategies and programs according to JUUL Labs guidelines and to the specific needs of the local market.
You will be responsible for following areas:
Key account channel development
Creation and integration of national account strategy to Juul Russia sales strategy
Development of sales increase marketing activities
Weekly plans development and monitoring
Program of customer’s decrease of trade stock loss, organization of product range and its presentation implementation
Motivation programs implementations and control over discounts and bonuses for key accounts
Key account programs’ development and implementation
Key accounts analysis
Program (events) schedule for key accounts implementations
Program implementation by key accounts control
Business planning and budget
Sales plans, sales volumes analysis and promo budget for national account channel preparation
Regularly reports according to the requirements of sales director presentation
Taking part in country business plan preparations and strategic decision making
Key account activities budget and controls budget realization planning
Products and brands awareness
Providing national accounts clients with information about Juul products and its characteristics
Drive brand awareness
PERSONAL AND PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Proven and demonstrable professional sales and key account management experience
Experience of selling new products to large national key accounts
Experience of managing negotiation and contract management
Make it happen personality who can get things done fast
Strong quantitative and P&L approach
Ability to multitask while leading and growing a team
Presentations and negotiation skills
Good learning attitude and strong result and quality driven mindset.
English language skills
