ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for providing logistics services both for company customers and internal functions creating the best customers experience. He/she will support delivery to customers process providing all necessary information/documents/service in accordance with Russian legislation and Company standards.
The scope of this role includes support of internal functions with the best possible logistics services providing strong background for company projects implementation.
He/She will be responsible for the following areas:
- Customer Service: external and Internal customers (functions) support with Logistics services, information, documents, reconciliations and other operations topics. Resolving issues related to delivery of product or POSM.
- Supporting of existing operations systems and processes on a daily basis: Acumatica/SAP daily process (PURE, PO, SO) both for FG and POS materials.
- Coordination of product shipments to Distribution Partner. Shipments of POSM/Free product to internal customers, distribution partners, customers.
- Supporting import operations for international shipments to DP in terms of documents and collaboration with customs brokers/courier companies.
- Collaboration with international and local logistics providers – transport companies, 3PL. Supporting payments process in accordance with the Company procedures.
- Coordination of Warranty returns processes.
- Customer service KPIs and reporting.
