Lead the monthly S&OP process:

  • provide verified data to Sales and Marketing Teams for their preparation to SIOP meetings, both in units and in RUR;
  • ensure that inputs from Marketing  and Sales  are timely consolidated into a single file;
  • lead the pre-SIOP preparations / Actuals review in order to align scope and agenda of the SIOP meeting;
  • lead the SIOP meeting;
  • consolidate SIOP inputs with the main issues to be raised and align these issues with Marketing, Sales, Finance;
  • regularly prepare Monthly and Quarterly DPMA reports; carry out root-cause analysis of the DPMA reports data in order to establish the roots of the gaps between actuals sales figures and forecasted quantities;

Own supply process and control supply volume and schedules:

  • maintain a pro-active working relationship with  Supply planners in  Global Supply teams;
  • timely identify and whenever possible resolve at his/her own discretion issues with changes in schedules and/or supply volumes, Proactively communicate to the team potential changes in the supply schedules/issues
  • Control that product availability on Company’s stock in Russia and Distributor’s stock is in line with the confirmed plans;
  • monitor demand fluctuation during the month and timely adjust plans to be in line with changes in demand;
  • timely notify Sales and Marketing departments,of all existing/expected issues of  low availability;
  • take pro-active actions aimed at improving  availability situation:
  • re-routes
  • additional shipments;
  • expedited shipments/delivery by air etc.

Monitor Excess Stock status

  • provide regular Excess Stock status reports to Sales and Marketing departments, as well as to the Company’s Management, with itemization on product level (both in pieces and in RUR) which products    are / projected to be in Excess Stock and reports on Excess stock dynamics;
  • coordinate actions of the working group on current efforts to move Excess Stock;                                                                                
  • escalate issues to Sales Team Lead and to the Company’s Management in the event of not sufficient progress in Excess Stock movement, as well on any situation when any normally moving product may fall into Excess Stock category (as a result of decline in sales);
  • Monitor Stock Ageing data (based on shelf life data) and ensure there’s a follow up from sales / finance teams on aged stock

Provide regular reports to planning process stakeholders:

  • provide clear information to Sales Team on products’ availability within the month
  • Provide clear information on supply outlook longer term (> month) to sales and marketing;
  • Provide clear information on current stock position to Global Supply team and Management team
  • Maintain correct data in IT applications relevant to planning process:
  • maintain Demand planning tools/ Central planning tools in line with agreed plans and actual sales results;
  • maintain / update Master Data in local/central tools whenever necessary;
  • communicate changes to Global Supply team
