JUUL Labs is seeking a dynamic Regional Director - Youth Prevention for APAC.  As part of this effort, you will partner regularly with the Chief Youth Prevention Officer and the Global Director of Youth Prevention Strategy, as well as key cross-functional business leaders globally and regionally. 

Above all, be mission-driven.  Facilitate comprehensive recommendations that are aligned with our vision of eliminating combustible cigarettes, and ensuring this is delivered to the right audience.  The ideal candidate has at least 10 years of experience in either consulting, technology, healthcare and/or consumer products. Specific responsibilities include:

  • Facilitate alignment with global youth prevention standards while identifying and adopting specific policies relevant to each country in the region
  • Collaborate with senior regional and country managers, and across functions, to build a mandate for country standards in the region
  • Ensure rapid progress and rollout of youth prevention policies and actions
  • Engage with key external stakeholders, including government and advocacy groups
  • Develop effective communications strategies with internal teams, including anti-youth-vaping campaigns and programs
  • Gather and assess information (regulations, prevalence data, research, etc.) that would impact youth use prevention efforts in priority countries in the region


  • Relevant years of experience at a top-tier consulting, technology, healthcare and/or consumer product company
  • Experience in corporate social responsibility, policy or advocacy work
  • Legal and/or Compliance experience in APAC a plus
  • Professional demeanour and ability to interact with persuasiveness with CXO level colleagues
  • Ability to guide regional and country leaders to achieve high impact solutions in an efficient manner
  • Ability to leverage a broad set of techniques to inspire solutions and encourage alignment
  • Work directly with country leaders to build their capabilities and implement their plans
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Detail-oriented and ability to operationalize ideas
