We are looking to hire a Finance Manager – Inventory Accounting, APAC to join our growing team at JUUL Labs based in Singapore, reporting to the Senior Director of Finance, APAC with a functional dot-line to Director of Cost Accounting (based in San Francisco). This role will support APAC and drive intercompany inventory, COGS accounting processes and governance. A key focus will be to support complex inventory and intercompany process, reduce risk and increase compliance & standardization across these processes and across multiple legal entities. This requires building strong relationships and communication channels across the global organization and regional stakeholders.
Support financial close process and reporting for Intercompany and COGS accounting ensure US GAAP, Statutory, Tax and Policy compliance;
Partner with Regional & Corporate Accounting teams to ensure correct accounting treatment of COGS, Inventory and support other transfer pricing issues;
Support financial statements and audit process from an intercompany and COGS accounting perspectives;
Drive continuous process improvement initiatives and support strategic projects;
Collaborate with diverse stakeholder group across geographies and businesses;
Ensure inventory control and accuracy, and support physical Inventories, cycle counting initiatives and Site Certification audit program;
PERSONAL AND PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
10+ years of demonstrated work experience with the Big 4 and MNCs, with experience in inventory accounting, project management and financial analysis.
BA / BS in Accounting or Finance, preferably with a CPA or equivalent professional qualification.
Strong cross group collaboration, ability to challenge status quo and influence others
Strong root cause analysis skills
Advanced skills in core Office applications such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Ability to travel up to 25%
