ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Use data to identify people insights, trends, patterns, issues and strategic opportunities that impact both the Business and Human Resources (eg. talent acquisition, workforce planning, compensation)
  • Own analyses that enable our Executive team to make decisions on company-wide people strategy and priorities (e.g. compensation modeling, recruiting pipeline optimization, strategic organizational design, employee engagement survey, attrition modeling)
  • Partner with stakeholders across the company (e.g., Finance, Corporate Strategy) and within the People team (e.g., Head of People, Total Rewards,Global Expansion, and Talent) in the development of these analyses and key results
  • Lead the implementation of strategic initiatives to scale the People team on a global basis - usually initiatives that you identify and structure as a result of your analyses

PERSONAL AND PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least 1-4 years of experience in management consulting, financial analysis or people analytics; exposure to HR and organization work is a plus but not required
  • Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and Tableau skills
  • Experience with SQL is a plus but not required (as long as you are willing to learn)
  • R, Python applications a plus
  • Must have good teamwork skills and an ability to learn quickly
  • Detail to attention and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently
