Who You Are

Justworks is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Growth to work collaboratively with Data Science, Design and Engineering. Product Managers are responsible for scoping and guiding products to launch, guiding the iterative improvement process, and considering both internal and external needs.

Your Success Profile

What You Will Work On

  • Develop a strategy for data products to measure and accelerate our growth flywheel. 
  • Define product requirements, prioritizing initiatives, and driving product development from concept to launch and partner with data teams on execution of product analytics, predictive modeling, and experimentation.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, design, and business stakeholders, to define product requirements, prioritize initiatives, and drive product development from concept to launch.
  • Identify opportunities to unlock value from our data assets through advanced analytics, predictive modeling, and experimentation techniques.
  • Develop and maintain product roadmaps, feature prioritization, and release plans, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success and impact of data products, iterating and optimizing based on feedback and insights.
  • Communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap to key stakeholders, including senior leadership, to drive alignment and decision-making.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data analytics, predictive modeling, and experimentation to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • 5 years of experience in product management, data science, or related roles, preferably within a technology-driven environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and languages such as SQL, Python, R, or similar.
  • Extensive experience working with predictive modeling and experimentation techniques to derive insights and drive business outcomes.
  • Proven track record of leading the development and launch of data-driven products from concept to production.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for driving innovation and continuous improvement.

The base wage range for this position based in our New York City Office is targeted at $165,000.00 - $181,500.00

Actual compensation is based on multiple factors that are unique to each candidate, including and not limited to skill set, level of relevant experience, and specific work location.  Salary ranges for positions based in other locations may differ based on the cost of labor in that location.
