As the Knowledge Manager, International you will be a key part of the Justworks’ Knowledge Management (KM) team, working in close partnership with Justworks’ International teams — including Operations, Legal, Customer Success, Sales and Product — to drive the success of Justworks’ international knowledge resources. You will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing knowledge management strategies that support our international teams. You will help define the framework for the creating, organizing, verifying, sharing, and maintaining knowledge related to Justworks’ International offerings. You will work cross-functionally to support the documentation of critical knowledge, and facilitate access to a comprehensive knowledge base. 

Your Success Profile

What You Will Work On

  • Lead the development of international knowledge repositories, ensuring they are accessible, accurate, and up to date
  • Establish content governance practices and processes for international resources
  • Partner with subject matter experts to identify and build out knowledge materials about international offerings for internal and external audiences
  • Collaborate with department leaders to identify knowledge gaps and develop strategies to address them.
  • Develop guidelines, standards and best practices for international content development and organization
  • Create content and materials for different audiences as needs arise 
  • Investigate and implement AI solutioning to improve access and accuracy of knowledge
  • Monitor and evaluate the impact of knowledge management initiatives on organizational performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Other duties as needed based on department and/or organizational needs

How You Will Do Your Work

As a Knowledge Manager, International, you will work cross-functionally, building relationships and supporting our customers getting access to the right information at the right time. In this role, your foundational knowledge, skills, abilities and personal attributes are anchored in the following competencies:

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in knowledge management, information management, library and information science, or related field; experience in an Employer of Record (EOR) or international setting preferred
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent collaboration skills with an ability to establish and maintain effective working and collaborative relationships
  • Experience with knowledge management systems (e.g., Confluence, Zendesk, Notion, Airtable, etc.)
  • Awareness of and willingness to learn AI technologies

The base wage range for this position based in our New York City Office is targeted at $122,000.00 - $134,200.00 per year.

Actual compensation is based on multiple factors that are unique to each candidate, including and not limited to skill set, level of relevant experience, and specific work location.  Salary ranges for positions based in other locations may differ based on the cost of labor in that location.
