About the Role

As a Junior Software Engineer, you will contribute to enhancing our data and experimentation platforms. You will maintain and improve our A/B testing infrastructure to meet new requirements driven by product changes and regulations, empowering teams to develop experiment tests quickly with reliable data.

Additionally, maintaining and expanding our data platforms, supporting the use of new analytics tools, and developing cost-effective internal systems are key responsibilities. Helping manage privacy and consent systems to ensure compliance with data privacy regulations is also essential.

This position offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, analytics, and other engineering teams to deliver high-quality software solutions and make a significant impact.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and maintain APIs, SDKs, services and web applications, including server-side components and front-end features.
  • Use programming languages such as .NET (C#), Typescript, and Javascript to build and enhance software solutions.
  • Write SQL queries, design relational databases, and ensure effective data modeling and performance.
  • Apply software building principles, architectural patterns, and SOA design.
  • Utilize development tools such as Git, Bash/Shell, and various IDEs.
  • Implement data structures, algorithms, and fundamental computer science concepts.
  • Implement and manage server-side components and RESTful APIs.
  • Ensuring high-quality code and automated testing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, analytics, and business leaders, to gather and understand requirements.
  • Evaluate and propose solutions to improve performance and address any issues or bottlenecks.

What We’re Looking For

  • 1,5 + years of full-stack development
  • Proficiency with .NET (C#) and JavaScript
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills
  • Intermediate+ level of written and spoken English
  • Follow and improve effective Agile CI/CD processes
  • Critical thinking and accountability
  • BE or MS in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
