About The Role
As a Senior UX Designer at JustAnswer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the digital experiences of millions of users worldwide. What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create intuitive user experiences.
- Utilize UX design process for conceptualization and delivery of mocks.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that demonstrate a keen eye for aesthetics, layout, typography, and color theory.
- Leverage tools like Figma, Figjam, Mouseflow, UserTesting.com, and Power BI.
- Work collaboratively with product partners in San Francisco, Ukraine, and India to define priorities, plan projects, and design approaches that enable the best experiences and outcomes.
- Contribute to design system maintenance and evolution.
- Design for mobile (web and native) is required.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to team members.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience as a UX designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful UX solutions and designs.
- Passion for learning and staying updated on current trends and best practices in web and mobile technology.
- Expertise in end-to-end UX design process, from understanding user needs to delivering polished designs.
- Proficiency in tools like Figma, Figjam, Mouseflow, UserTesting.com, Power BI, Google Analytics, ChatGPT, and Generative AI.
- Background in Conversation Design and knowledge of animation tools are highly desirable.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment, supporting cross-functional teams and handling multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to influence and build consensus across teams.
- Strong attention to detail and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Proficient in English.
