Main Responsibilities
Vendor Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key vendors within the home category.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors, understanding their needs, and addressing any concerns or issues.
- Proactively identify opportunities for account expansion and revenue growth.
- Conduct regular meetings, presentations, and business reviews to communicate performance metrics, discuss strategies, and upsell additional services.
Account Management:
- Develop account plans and strategies to maximize vendor retention and revenue generation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and product development, to ensure vendor objectives are met.
- Monitor account health and performance metrics, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to vendors.
- Work closely with vendors to identify opportunities for product or service enhancements and collaborate with internal teams to implement them
Sales and Business Development:
- Identify new business opportunities within the home category and proactively pursue them.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to potential vendors.
- Negotiate pricing and contractual terms to secure new partnerships.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to provide strategic recommendations and drive innovation.
Customer Success:

- Ensure client satisfaction and success by providing exceptional customer support and service.
- Monitor and address any issues or concerns raised by clients promptly and effectively.
- Advocate for clients' needs and requirements within the organization to ensure their long-term success.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, or any related field
- Strong commercial skills;
- Good analytical and numerical skills;
- Great capacity to handle high stake negotiations;
- Structured, data driven, thorough;
- Good with tools (excel & PPT, Salesforce would be a plus);
- Strong interpersonal skills, a team player;
- Great ability to work in a fast-paced and competitive environment;
- Flawless English communication.
