Joybird is looking for a Contract Recruiter to join our team! This role will be a 3 month contract focused on building out our retail team, customer service team and supporting other key hires. The ideal candidate will have experience with full-cycle recruiting and enjoy connecting with people. Experience recruiting retail talent a plus. This role will work with will managers across the organization.
Our HQ is located in Commerce, CA. This role will work remotely as a contract employee.
What You'll Do:
Identify areas of opportunity to create the best candidate experience
Manage the entire lifecycle of the recruitment process leveraging our ATS
Source, screen, interview and recommend top talent for open Sales positions
Creatively build sales candidate pipeline
Participate in weekly Recruiting syncs with hiring managers
Manage a proactive & efficient recruiting process Manage store P&L’s
Help organize, manage and execute new store openings
Analyze sales data to inform decisions and strategy per store
Who You Are:
You have experience recruiting for retail positions
You have 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
You aren't hesitant to reach out to passive candidates and proactive outreach and networking.
You take pride in being a thorough communicator. There are a lot of moving pieces to manage!
You thrive in a fast pace environment
You value and strive to provide an excellent candidate experience
Proficient in G Suite and have strong business acumen
