We are seeking a Junior Strategist to join our team in a freelance or fixed-term contract capacity, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time role. As Junior Strategist, you will work closely with the Senior Strategist to conduct research and develop strategy recommendations in the fields of generative AI and experience design.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Undertaking research on key topics, to inform, inspire and support creative strategy and technological innovation in the generative AI and experience design space, using trusted, unbiased sources.
  • Compiling all findings into palatable research insights, as briefed by the Creative Team.
  • Maintaining, organizing, and updating the research library, sourcing on a project basis.
  • Supporting the Senior Strategist in developing strategy recommendations founded upon the research.
  • Participating in internal ideation sessions and workshops. 
  • Building out presentation decks for internal use or client presentations with guidance from the Senior Strategist.  
  • Expanding on strategy outlines and guidance into a final format, with a focus on clear and thoughtful copywriting to communicate ideas.
  • Consolidating keynotes from strategy discussions into actionable insights and thought-starters. 
  • Evolving strategy deliverables from outlines and guidance from the Creative Team into first drafts of decks and deliverables. 
  • Keeping a pulse on inspiring and exciting updates in the AI and innovation technology community.
  • Providing insights and support to the creative and production teams, as well as research follow-up as needed.

Qualification/ Experience

  • 1+ year experience working professionally in a research or strategy position, ideally in a tech & innovation company or for similar clients
  • Experience with Google Suite 


  • Experience with Figma
  • Experience with Microsoft Suite
  • Experience in software development for generative AI


This is a contract position with the possibility of becoming an FT role. The current hourly pay rate range is $38-$42 per hour.
