The Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM) team at SHARE NOW is responsible for the activation and retention of our customers. Leveraging marketing automation & CRM tools, this team develops lifecycle journeys designed to keep customers actively using our service while introducing them to new features and products.
WHERE YOUR EXPERTISE IS NEEDED
- Daily maintenance and optimization of automated customer lifecycle journeys, with specific emphasis on retention & loyalty.
- Concept, setup and launch CLM campaigns (content, journeys, automation, personalization) that improve customer education, utilization and preference of the product.
- Contribute to our omnichannel communications strategy for customers across all SHARE NOW markets.
- Planning and execution of test campaigns: A/B testing of copies, target groups, concepts, and creatives.
- Contribute to regular reporting that shows the impact of CLM’s initiatives and programs on the overall number of active customers.
- Ongoing learning and development to ensure SHARE NOW’s CLM team remains among the industry’s leaders.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Ideal candidate has 6 - 12 months of professional working experience and is looking to build a career in CRM and marketing within a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Experience building, optimizing and show impact of CRM programs or similar marketing programs
- Experience designing marketing initiatives that targeted multiple customer segments across multiple channels
- Ideal candidate has hands-on experience with CRM platforms; bonus if you’re already familiar with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and related Salesforce products
- Comfortable working with data and building customer segmentation
- Eager to expand skill sets in marketing automation and CRM
- HTML coding experience a plus
- Acute attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple responsibilities without constant supervision
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively and efficiently under pressure and with tight deadlines
- Consumer service obsessed - uses many types of services and loves to observe how brands are communicating with their customers; naturally brings ideas and inspiration on how we can improve our approach
- Fascinated by the topics mobility, sharing economy and innovations in this field
- Business acumen paired with a creative mind
- Comfortable working in an English-first company; bonus: fluent in German or Italian.
