  • You actively support teams to deliver value effectively

  • You facilitate regular agile ceremonies and project kickoffs

  • You collaborate on organisational development and knowledge sharing as part of the agile chapter of SHARE NOW
  • You facilitate implementation of OKR Framework that will be adopted across the whole company 
  • You act as an agile ambassador and help other departments adopt agile mindset
  • You develop, design and run Agile trainings, workshops and events such as BarCamps and Hackathon's


  • You can facilitate, coach and mentor teams and leaders towards rapidly delivering business value
  • You have a deep understanding of communication, group dynamics, and are able to help teams develop trust and safety
  • You are enthusiastic and knowledgeable about software product development
  • You have deep knowledge and experience with a variety of Agile approaches, such as Extreme Programming, Scrum, Kanban, OKRs
  • You are a true team-builder and someone who can improve collaboration within and across teams
  • You have a minimum of 3 years of professional experience as an Agile Coach, ideally in a multicultural environment
  • You are fluent in spoken and written English
  • You are passionate about the concept of flexible mobility
