The Senior Demand Generation Specialist will support our marketing efforts to generate new demand for Paradigm's suite of products while also increasing the lifetime value of our current customer base. In this role, you'll strategize and execute email marketing campaigns and programmatic ads, and manage and analyze reports, all while leveraging our automation systems to target high-quality leads and nurture them through the conversion funnel. You will also assist in the optimization of our existing websites and marketing technology stack to increase the efficiency of our marketing efforts to drive revenue growth. 

As an essential member of Paradigm's Marketing team, the Senior Demand Generation Specialist oversees one direct report and reports directly to the Senior Marketing Manager at Paradigm. This role is fully remote. We are looking for a passionate self-starter with an aptitude for exceptional communication and follow-up. We're looking for someone who can hit the ground running and immediately begin adding value to a collaborative and ambitious team. 

Responsibilities

  • Own the development of high-performing demand generation campaigns (email, PPC, display, landing pages) in collaboration with cross-functional teams such as Product Marketing, Marketing Operations, Product, and Sales to generate new leads and enhance product adoption. 
  • Serve as principal administrator of email marketing campaigns, overseeing technical setup, audience segmentation, A/B testing, and campaign optimization.
  • Manage the planning and execution of paid digital advertising campaigns, including PPC, display, and social media advertising - including the collaboration with internal team members and external agencies and vendors. 
  • Analyze and report on past campaign performance, translating insights into strategic optimizations to improve conversion funnel. 
  • Collaborate with Marketing Operations Manager to maintain marketing automation best practices including list management, email deliverability, optimization, and data quality and hygiene.
  • Work closely with the Creative team to design compelling marketing assets that drive performance of demand generation campaigns, including display ads, social graphics, email templates, and landing pages. 
  • Build, automate, and improve customer cross-sell and upsell campaigns to drive adoption of additional product features and offerings.
  • Effectively manage and mentor Demand Generation Specialist in the execution of demand generation campaigns aimed at nurturing users and enhancing conversion rates.
  • Develop a deep understanding of brand message and appropriate audiences for all our products.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in a fast-paced, demand generation focused marketing organization, ideally at a SaaS company
  • 1+ years of experience managing a direct report
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Analytics, Economics, Computer Science, or related field
  • Strong copywriting skills, preferably in the context of SaaS products
  • Strong project management skills, including being able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Experience in various email automation tools (e.g. Intercom, Mailchimp, Marketo, Outreach, etc.)
  • Experience with creating and managing email campaigns and email audience segmentation
  • Preferred experience in various data analytics reporting tools (e.g. Salesforce, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, etc.)
  • Strong verbal communication and organizational skills
