What is the role?

As the Sales Account Manager, you will fill an extremely important business development and support role within our fun and growing sales team. This is an entry-level position that is saturated with both compensation and growth opportunities based on performance.

In this role, you will:

  • Product demonstrations/webinars, using a comprehensive understanding of the software
  • Implement strategic outbound email campaigns
  • Negotiate and close deals
  • Farm a predefined prospect list
  • Become our product’s go-to expert to prospective clients
  • Document, monitor, and report on any key sales interactions and sales cycles
  • Forecast your deals, close ratio, and expected net revenue
  • Other duties as assigned


  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in the legal B2B software vertical (preferably SaaS) and/or in-office legal experience (paralegal, firm administration, technical support, etc.)
  • Understanding of the legal industry (Workers’ Compensation or Civil law experience is a huge plus)
  • BA or BS Degree preferred
