We’re on the hunt for a dynamic Growth Product Manager to own and drive the optimization of our user acquisition and monetization strategies. Reporting directly to one of our founders, you’ll be at the heart of shaping the future of our business by leading growth initiatives that have a direct and measurable impact on revenue. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, data analytics, UX/UI, and marketing to turn insights into action, creating meaningful results that fuel our mission.
As a key driver of growth, you’ll lead the charge in building, testing, and iterating on experiments that optimize conversion rates and unlock new revenue streams. You’ll also take full ownership of the experimentation roadmap, testing hypotheses and scaling successful initiatives. Your Course - and what we expect from you
You will build and own the experimentation roadmap for all user acquisition & monetization funnels by creating hypotheses and prioritizing initiatives for optimizing conversion rates and monetization. This primarily includes:

Own the experimentation roadmap: Design, execute, and optimize A/B tests and other growth experiments to drive user acquisition and monetization.

Identify growth opportunities: Analyze user data, market trends, and business performance to discover high-impact growth opportunities and prioritize initiatives.

Optimize conversion rates: Continuously improve conversion rates across all user acquisition and monetization funnels, focusing on data-backed strategies.

Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with engineering, data analytics, UX/UI, and marketing teams to turn insights into actionable growth initiatives.

Measure and report on performance: Track and analyze key growth metrics, delivering insights and reports that clearly communicate the impact of initiatives.

Drive continuous iteration: Iterate on successful experiments, scaling impactful solutions across the business while continuously testing new ideas.

Champion a growth mindset: Foster a data-driven, test-and-learn culture, ensuring the team constantly innovates and improves user experiences and revenue streams.

Experience with user segmentation: Proven ability to identify, analyze, and create actionable user segments to drive personalized growth strategies and optimize product experiences.
Your Equipment
- 5+ years of experience in a growth, product management, or similar role, with a strong focus on driving measurable business outcomes.
- Proven track record of successfully optimizing conversion rates, user acquisition, and monetization strategies through data-driven experiments.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar) to extract insights and inform decision-making.
- Familiarity with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks to design, execute, and analyze tests that improve key growth metrics.
- Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, UX/UI, marketing, and data analytics teams, aligning multiple stakeholders on growth initiatives.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a creative and solution-oriented mindset, capable of tackling challenges and generating new growth ideas.
- Strong communication skills to clearly articulate complex concepts and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Self-starter and independent performer, comfortable in a fast-paced, results-driven environment, with the ability to prioritize initiatives and work with minimal guidance.
- Knowledge of growth frameworks (e.g., Pirate Metrics, North Star Metric) and experience with various growth levers such as SEO, paid acquisition, retention, and monetization strategies.
- Technical proficiency (preferred but not required), such as basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or experience working closely with engineering teams.
And by the way: You don't have to live in the Hamburg area. Our teams work fully remote and so will you. But of course you are always welcome to visit us in the beautiful city of Hamburg.
