Your Crew and the Role

As our Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll leverage your recruiting experience while driving the evolution of our field. We seek an accomplished recruiter who excels in traditional talent acquisition and embraces innovative strategies. Your role is to redefine our recruiting approach, blending time-tested practices with cutting-edge technology to attract top talent. You’ll play a pivotal role in keeping us ahead in a rapidly changing landscape while bringing our employer brand to life. Your Course - and what we expect from you

1. Hunt for Top Talent 

  • Source Creatively: Tap into job boards, LinkedIn, professional networks, and your own methods to build pipelines of A+ candidates.
  • Craft Irresistible Job Ads: Write job descriptions that grab attention and get people excited to join our team.
  • Screen & Shortlist: Evaluate resumes and conduct initial interviews to find the right fit for each role and team.
  • Own the Candidate Journey: Guide candidates through the hiring process with clear communication, timely feedback, and a fantastic experience at every stage.
  • Seal the Deal: Partner with HR and hiring managers to extend competitive offers and close hires who are a perfect match.

2. Streamline the Process

  • Keep Things Efficient: Use our Applicant Tracking System, leverage AI-driven recruitment tools, and apply predictive analytics to optimize the hiring process, keep recruitment organized and make sure everything is moving smoothly.
  • Improve Constantly: Identify opportunities to enhance our hiring process. Collaborate closely with our development team to select, customize, and evolve our recruitment tools, ensuring they meet our unique needs and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Coordinate third-party support: Collaborate with recruitment agencies and head hunters and ensure a clear communication and in-time feedback.

3. Be the Bridge between Talent & Teams

  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Partner closely with team leads to understand their hiring needs and ensure we’re bringing in the right people for each role.
  • Advise on Strategy: Tailor recruitment strategies for different departments and provide insights on hiring trends and market conditions while applying the latest AI technologies  to adapt and respond to market trends - ensuring that we are ahead of the curve.
  • Tailor Talent Acquisition: Design custom hiring approaches for different departments—whether it’s scaling up the tech team or finding that perfect marketing creative.

4. Elevate our Employer Brand

  • Tell Our Story: Work with our HR and marketing teams to create content (social posts, blogs, videos) that highlights our culture, values, and team success stories.
  • Boost Our Online Presence: Help drive recruitment campaigns on social media, job platforms, and beyond to increase visibility and attract top candidates.
  • Create Buzz: Help organize virtual initiatives that make us stand out as an employer of choice.

 
















































Your Equipment

  • Experience: 3+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in tech and online marketing roles. Bonus points if you’ve worked in an online or fast-growing company.
  • Tech Savvy: You know your way around ATS and recruitment tools, and you’re skilled at leveraging social platforms like LinkedIn to find the right talent.
  • People-Powered: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills that make you a natural at building relationships with both candidates and hiring managers - fluent in English and ideally in German, too.
  • Innovative and eager to experiment:  You explore and implement new AI-based technologies, constantly testing and refining the recruitment process to ensure efficiency and creativity in hiring.
  • Creativity: A flair for writing engaging job posts and a creative approach to sourcing the best talent.
  • HR Marketing Enthusiast: Experience or a keen interest in employer branding, social media, and recruitment marketing.

Nice to have:

  • Experience recruiting for remote teams.
  • Familiarity with online companies, startups, or fast-paced environments.

And by the way: You don't have to live in the Hamburg area. Our teams work fully remote and so will you. But of course you are always welcome to visit us in the beautiful city of Hamburg.
