The Customer Interaction team is young, motivated and of course multilingual and multicultural. Communication is a value - not only with regards to our customers aound the globe but also within the team. And luckily we all enjoy the time we spend together in our modern and stylish office in the heart of Hamburg, although working from home is also possible. 

Your Course - and what we expect from you

  • Finding solutions for support requests from our customers via e-mail or other channels in the framework of company guidelines
  • Identify and report if you recognize errors or room for improvement in our customer requests
  • Close collaboration with 2nd Level and other departments like Content Department or Quality Assurance

Your Equipment

  • Native command of Polish, excellent English (our language for internal communication) skills, other languages are a plus
  • Excellent communication and problem solving skills
  • Team spirit, commitment and customer orientation
  • Independent working style with high attention to detail
  • Positive attitude and open mindedness towards change and ability to adapt quickly
  • Experience in a customer service / contact center environment is a plus
