This ConceptOne Technical Lead will be executing on the mission to bring ConceptOne to the entities within Jencap. Working closely with our business partners, this role will lead the implementation and initial training sessions for the new combined ConceptOne system. We are looking for a technical Business Analyst who can successfully interface with our key business partners and our technical development team. 

This role will work a hybrid schedule from our locations in Phoenix, Tampa or Atlanta.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide analysis & documentation expertise and guidance to projects working with Jencap business leaders.
  • Work closely with Jencap IT, PMO and business teams to implement ConceptOne related projects.
  • Participate in stand-up meetings, sprint planning, review, and retrospective meetings.
  • Develop, analyze, document and review business, functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Develop customer-focused documentation for software solutions (e.g. Wireframes, Use Cases, business rules, etc.)
  • Configure C1 platform – via C1 Administrative tools to setup new workflows, business reference data, User Defined Tables, User Defined Fields/Forms etc.
  • Perform and support testing and/or training efforts.
  • Assist with coordinating implementation and communication efforts with vendors and multiple business groups.
  • Perform and coordinate the estimation of work.
  • Participate in system design and configuration activities, assisting Technical Specialist(s) to implement Reports, Merge Documents and other ConceptOne Objects.
  • Provide mentorship to team members.

Requirements: 

  • 5+ years of experience with ConceptOne.
  • 5+ years of insurance experience.
  • Strong understanding in writing SQL queries.
  • Understanding or experience with Database design and Object-Oriented concepts.
  • Experienced with agile methodologies and iterative development processes.
  • Analytical and critical thinking.
  • Great written and oral communication.
  • Experience with Excel, Visio and Word templates, ClickUp (Project Management solution) a plus.
  • Experience with process mapping, group facilitation, data gathering and analysis, and phases of project life cycle (requirements gathering, design, development, deployment, training, and measuring effectiveness.)
