Talent Acquisition Partner
This role is a recruiting specialist and a collaborative business partner to the Jencap Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers in facilitating Jencap’s TA Process. The Jencap TA model is one that focuses on promoting and proactively creating robust, qualified candidate pipelines.

This role is a fully Remote position.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate and partner with business leaders and hiring managers in executing the Jencap hiring plan
- Gain insight and knowledge of the technical abilities and competencies needed for strong hires for today and the long term
- Create a strong candidate pipeline by utilizing our robust Greenhouse ATS/CRM, internet prospecting, networking, employee referrals, LinkedIn, industry research and sourcing tools
- Manage daily activities of sourcing, interviewing, and scheduling of candidates. Ensuring a superior candidate experience
- Create and expand the candidate pipeline within your assigned specialty group and elevate the talent pool
- Enhance and develop new tools and solutions to drive improvements within the recruiting/sourcing process and candidate pipelining
- Work within the team to share best practices, present cross-over candidates and leads via competitive intelligence
- Ensure and protect accurate data via ATS and HRIS systems
- Perform to expectations on all Jencap TA KPI's
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Three plus years of experience in recruiting and sourcing for the insurance industry
- Must possess superior communication skills in both working with our Jencap business leaders and with candidates
- A self-starter with a superior work ethic and a defined sense of urgency, energized by managing multiple projects and priorities
- Experience with candidate engagement programs that can enhance the overall program’s success and candidate experience
- Knowledgeable of the latest trends in recruiting tools and practices
- Ready to champion new technology and sourcing methodology
