By analyzing engineering signals and contextual business data, Jellyfish enables leaders to align engineering decisions with business initiatives and deliver the right software, efficiently, on time.

We have tripled in size this year and are looking for a passionate Web Developer to help us as we continue growing over the coming months and years. 

As Web Designer, you will:

  • Plan, design, develop, implement, maintain, and evolve our public-facing website and associated web properties (landing page, microsites, etc.) 
  • Consult with internal stakeholders (primarily the Marketing team) to determine the desired content, appearance, and functionality of the site and implement changes 
  • Work closely with the Design team to ensure brand consistency across all web properties 
  • Utilize Google Search Console, A/B and heat mapping, and other tools to improve site performance and UX

About you:

  • Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and cross-browser compatibility issues
  • Experience with WordPress, Webflow, and Marketo 
  • Understanding of UX and user-centered design
  • Experience with Adobe Suite, Figma, Sketch, InVision and other design software
  • Knowledge of SEO 
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills—you have a positive attitude and thrive in a team environment
  • Detail-oriented and can juggle multiple priorities 
  • Self-starter and problem solver who takes initiative
  • Creative, resourceful, and innovative, always coming up with new ideas and ways of doing things differently
  • Great at asking questions, figuring out what needs to be done, building consensus, and executing
  • Eligible to work in the United States
