We're looking for a reliable Administrative Title Support Person to become an integral part of our team in our high volume, fast-paced, centralized accounting office located in Milford, Ohio.

Title Clerk Job Responsibilities:

Open and review incoming title mail, verify status of the vehicle and file title to appropriate place.
Search in CDK software to identify the stock# based on the VIN number to write on title.
Pull and match titles to the vehicle sold in preparation of titling.
Locate missing deals and /or titles based on title clerk request.
Place deals to be titled in proper location in our in-house tracking system.
Hand-write customer and lien information on title in preparation of title transfer of ownership.
Performs a variety of other clerical tasks in order to assist with the efficient operation of the title department.
