Jeff Wyler Superior Honda at Spring grove needs Customer Service Agents. Whether you have 5+ years of experience or have not one single clue about the automotive industry, we will make sure that you are set up for success.
Week days and Saturdays (must) to work between 2-6 pm. Also open to discuss on flexible part time schedule through the week.
What you will do:
- Answer customer calls, emails, and texts promptly.
- Schedule appointments.
- Assist customers with their automotive questions/ needs.
- Data mining to increase appointments.
- Building relationships for long-term customer retention.
- Maintain the dealership’s reputation through professionalism and knowledgeable communication skills with customers.
- Maintaining interdepartmental relationships to meet customer needs more efficiently.
What you need to qualify:
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
- Customer service experience
