Pay starting at $18 per hour however it will be based off experience.
Who we’re looking for:
We're looking for a reliable IT Desk Support Candidate to become an integral part of our team in our high volume, fast-paced, centralized IT Department located in Milford, Ohio.
Job Responsibilities:
- Beginning knowledge of IT best practices, policies and regulations
- A clear understanding of client/server technology and network architecture
- Good communication, including writing, speaking and active listening
- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Advanced leadership and conflict management skills
- Customer service and interpersonal skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Great project management skills, including organization, planning, time management and prioritization
Skills and Qualifications:
- Exceptional organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
- Must be positive, personable, self-motivated, and have strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Must be a team player but also able to work independently.
- High School Diploma or the equivalent
- Ability to maintain a professional and pleasant attitude under a variety of circumstances
- Ability to work with all types of people
- Entry Level IT graduates encouraged to apply.
